Frankfurt, 24 June 2024 – Peakside Capital Advisors AG has sold a commercial/office mixed-used complex in Schiphol-Rijk, on the outskirts of Amsterdam, to a global data centre operator and investor. The property, located at Tupolevlaan 28-46, offers approx. 6,533 sq.m. of rentable space, of which 2,879 sq.m. is commercial and 3,654 sq.m. for office use. The structure, originally built in 1993 and modernised in 2001, was acquired by Peakside in 2019. It is currently leased to four tenants and includes additional land suitable for further development.
