PREF I, advised by Peakside, acquired a vacant lot in Berlin-Mitte with an area of approximately 12,000 sqm in Berlin-Mitte in 2012. A new residential quarter consisting of 16 houses with approx. A total of 280 high-quality apartments and several retail spaces were built on the site.
A part with 120 residential units was sold as condominiums. The remaining apartments were sold to a long-term owner before construction began and rented out before handover.
