Stefan Aumann is a founding partner of Peakside Capital. He is responsible for all Peakside Group activities in Central and Eastern Europe and also oversees several asset management projects in Germany. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of Peakside ROS Outlet Management ("PROM"), a leading outlet center management company in Central and Eastern Europe.

Stefan Aumann has been working in the real estate industry for more than 19 years. Prior to founding Peakside, Mr. Aumann worked as Director and Head of Asset Management in the Real Estate Principle Investment division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) since 2008. 

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Stefan Aumann worked for seven years in the Real Estate Principal Investment division (Whitehall Funds) of Goldman Sachs. He studied business administration at the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel), majoring in real estate and finance, and graduated with a degree in business administration.

Mr. Schran is a founding partner of Peakside Capital. He is responsible for investments of the group and also oversees Peakside Capital's activities in Germany. Mr. Schran is a member of the various investment committees of the group.
 
Mr. Schran has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Peakside Capital, Mr. Schran was a Director responsible for the acquisitions of the Real Estate Principle Investment Division at Bank of America Merril Lynch in Germany. From 2005-2008, Mr. Schran was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley (MSREF) responsible for asset management and acquisitions in Germany, including serving as Managing Director of a residential real estate company with a portfolio of approximately 48,000 apartments and over 400 employees.
 
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Schran was Managing Director of Archon Group Germany, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and before that worked as Head of Project Development South Germany at Vivico in Munich. Mr. Schran is a German citizen and studied business administration at Justus Liebig University (Giessen) and J.W. Goethe University (Frankfurt) as well as real estate economics at the European Business School (Oestrich Winkel).

Simon Lutz is a Partner at Peakside Capital in the area of acquisition and investment management of value-add and opportunistic investments in Germany. Simon Lutz has been with Peakside Capital since the opening of the Frankfurt office in 2013, where he started as an analyst.

At Peakside Capital, Mr. Lutz has managed investments with a value of approximately €1 billion, including various PREF I investments, as well as the acquisition and execution of most PREF II and PREF III investments. Prior to joining Peakside, Mr. Lutz completed various internships in private equity, venture capital, real estate, consulting and asset management.

Simon Lutz is a German citizen and holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading (Henley Business School). He also holds a second M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Economics from the University of Regensburg (IREBS) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg.

Frank Schaefer is a partner at Peakside Capital. He joined the firm in 2020 as Managing Director and Head of Business Development. He is responsible for business and product development activities, including investor relations and capital raising. He also oversees Peakside's ESG initiatives. 

Prior to joining Peakside Capital, Mr. Schaefer was Managing Director of Tishman Speyer's Equity Capital Markets team since 2017 and responsible for building the German KVG and expanding the investment management platform in Germany. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Schaefer spent eight years at Credit Suisse Group in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Product & Business Development and Co-Head Germany at Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management. Mr. Schaefer started his career at UBS Global Asset Management in the Junior Key People Program and worked for UBS for a total of more than eight years, most recently based in Zurich as Head of Institutional Sales Management Continental Europe.

Overall, Mr. Schaefer has more than 20 years of experience in international investment management in senior and client-facing roles.

Mr. Schaefer is a German citizen. He holds a law degree from the Goethe University in Frankfurt. He is a certified financial analyst (CEFA) and certified financial risk manager (FRM).

Mr. Maziukiewicz has been Managing Director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Luxembourg since 2013. He is responsible for the company's internal and external reporting, investment structures and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Maziukiewicz has over 15 years of financial experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Peakside, Karol was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at KSP Real Estate Investment Management. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Heitmann in Luxembourg for 7 years.

In this role, he was responsible for the consolidation and reporting of regulated special funds as well as non-regulated investment structures and individual mandates. Karol also led the tax and financial valuation of companies in large transactions and was involved in the restructuring of tax and financing structures. Prior to joining Heitmann, Karol worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst&Young in Poland as a senior audit consultant.

Mr. Maziukiewicz holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Warsaw Finance School. Karol Maziukiewicz holds Polish and Luxembourgish citizenship and works in Luxembourg.

Mr. Skowroński is the Managing Director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland. He has extensive experience in commercial asset management and development. He is focused on selected asset management activities in building company’s industrial portfolio and developing new business areas.

Prior to joining Peakside he was Head of Asset Management for the CEE region and Board Member at Logicor. He was responsible for company’s development and asset management in Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to that Mr. Skowroński held such positions as Vice President and Head of Asset and Property Management at Prologis, National Director of Commercial Properties at JLL, Development, Operations and Portfolio Director at Simone Ivanhoe.

Mr. Skowroński is a Polish citizen. He graduated Law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and Plymouth College of Further Education at Business & Finance School in the UK.
